General Manager

Mario has lived and breathed dog comfort for coming up on 20 years. He is the designer behind many well-known Australian Pet Beds as well as the range of Superior Pet Goods beds. From product development to stock control and logistics, Mario is the driver behind the operations of Superior and is paw-rent to Diesel the toy Poodle.

Michael Teele

Business Development Manager

Mike brings over a decade of experience in the pet industry to his role as our Business Development Manager. With an in-depth understanding of the pet retail landscape, he works closely with our customers to recommend the right products to help their business thrive. Mike is known for his upfront, honest approach and genuine commitment to building strong, lasting partnerships that deliver real results.

Natalie Greco

Director

Natalie is our Director and Office Manager and has her finger on the pulse of Superior HQ's day-to-day running. She is a dedicated team leader dedicated to the wellbeing of staff and the happiness of our customers. She has an overview of all business departments from customer service to marketing and is pawrent to Superior models Mickey the Dalmation and Atticus the cat.
